What we collect and why

Order details (name, email, shipping address, phone if given): to deliver your order and answer questions. Legal basis: contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). Kept as long as needed for the order and any complaint.
Order and payment records: to meet Norwegian accounting and tax rules. Legal basis: legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c)). Kept as long as those rules require.
Messages sent through the contact form: to reply to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)). Kept until the matter is closed.
Website usage: Squarespace sets cookies that are needed for the site and checkout to work. Analytics cookies, which count visits, are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time under “Cookie Preferences” on the site. Legal basis for analytics cookies: consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)).

Who processes your data

Squarespace hosts the website and the checkout. Stripe, PayPal and Klarna (if you choose to pay with Klarna) handle payments and receive the data they need to do so; we never see your card details. The carrier (for example Posten/Bring) receives your name and address to deliver the print. Some of these companies may process data outside the EEA, under the safeguards described in their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. Email jhaugeskogmo@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.
