Terms of Sale

These terms apply to all purchases of prints from jorgenhaugeskogmo.com. As a consumer you also have the rights given by Norwegian consumer law, and these terms do not limit them.

Seller. Jørgen Hauge Skogmo, a private individual, Hovslagerveien 39, 1615 Fredrikstad, Norway. Email: jhaugeskogmo@gmail.com.

The prints. Each print is a limited edition of 10, signed and numbered by the artist. Paper, image size and edition are stated on each product page. Prints are sold unframed. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the finished print.

Prices and payment. Prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include shipping. No VAT is added. Payment is made at checkout by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or PayPal. We never see or store your card details.

Order and confirmation. The purchase is binding when you receive an order confirmation by email. The confirmation includes these terms and the withdrawal form below.

Edition numbers. Prints are sold in order, and the number you receive is stated in the confirmation or when the print is shipped.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is free to all countries. Prints are dispatched within 14 working days of your order, rolled in a sturdy tube.

Delivery time depends on the destination and the carrier. You receive a tracking link when the print is sent.

Customs and import duties. Prints are shipped from Norway, which is outside the EU. For deliveries outside Norway, including to EU countries, the destination country may charge import VAT, duties or customs fees. These are paid by the buyer on delivery.

Damage in transit. Check the package when it arrives. If the print is damaged, email us within a reasonable time with photos of the print and the packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Right of Withdrawal

You can cancel your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of the day you receive the print.

Tell us. Send the form below, or any clear statement that you are cancelling, to jhaugeskogmo@gmail.com before the 14 days have passed.
Send the print back. Return it within 14 days of telling us, in its original packaging. You pay the cost of returning it.
Get your money back. We refund the full amount paid within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method. We may wait to refund until we have received the print or you have shown proof that it has been sent.

You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the print more than is needed to inspect it, for example framing or marking it.

Defects and Complaints

If your print has a defect, contact us at jhaugeskogmo@gmail.com as soon as possible after you discover it, preferably with photos.

Under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven), the deadline for complaints is two years from delivery, or five years for goods intended to last substantially longer. A defective print will be replaced with a new print from the same edition, or the purchase price refunded.

If we cannot agree, you can contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) for help with mediation.
